A career spanning over 22 years in leadership and management roles in hospitality, recruitment and consulting, I have worked in India, Seychelles, and New Zealand

 

My expertise is in operations, customer service, sales development, human resource and organisational change leading to highly developed skills in turning around companies to their fullest potential- extending a firm by opening new division and branches. 

 

This primarily comes for the ability to search out new customers and maintaining relationships, develop efficient systems and not be afraid to ask "WHY NOT" and " WHAT ELSE". 

 

I tend to find creative solutions and inspire new directions by developing on purpose build ideas, thriving on new challenges and exploring new expectations.
